Lock-up garages / Storage units
We are a small, local, family business responsible for managing and renting out 68 carefully selected and affordable lock-up garages/storage units in and around the Manchester area.
We currently operate 5 sites, located in Oldfield Brow (29 garages), Sale (8 garages), Stalybridge (20 garages), Timperley (6 garages) and Warrington (5 garages).
Although originally built for cars, our lockup garages are extremely versatile as storage units, offering almost 1,000 cubic feet of space. In this capacity, and certainly when compared to the equivalent storage space offered by more mainstream storage companies, they represent truly exceptional value for money.
Well maintained & recently refurbished
We try at all times to ensure that our lock-up garages/storage units are clean, tidy and very well maintained.
For example, at our Oldfield Brow site we have had the whole of the original, corrugated asbestos roofs completely replaced with brand new, plastic-coated steel roofs, thereby ensuring that our tenants' belongings remain protected from the elements.
In addition, we completely refurbished our Timperley site. This involved improving security by installing 2 metre high wrought-iron railings, replacing all the doors with modern Hormann doors, re-laying the concrete driveway and re-painting all of the garages.
Finally, both our Stalybridge and Warrington sites, were recently re-developed with 18 feet by 9 feet (5½ metres by 2¾ metres) garages. As with our Timperley site, these new garages have modern, 4 point locking Hormann doors.
Full access, prime location & secure
All of our lock-up garages/storage units are located in residential and easily accesible areas of Manchester with access available 24 hours per day, every day of the year.
Without exception, they are either surrounded by private, residential properties and/or they are enclosed by 2 metre high, wrought-iron gates and railings.
Either way, this ensures that all of our garages possess an element of security and lack of vulnerability which, unfortunately, most other lock-up garage sites do not enjoy.
