“Mourad is an incredible data science tutor. He makes sure the student understands the subject conceptually before he has them practice problems. Mourad’s suggested feature upgrades to the tutoring application have helped the Tutoring Center improve its overall Center operations. He spearheaded the auto-fill feature of the Tutoring Application which has resulted in less input time required by tutors after a tutoring session. His suggested enhancements have allowed tutors overall to be more effective in the Tutoring Center. Mourad contributes his success in the Tutoring Center with his product management experience, which has taught him to always think about the user’s journey through their daily tasks. In this process, Mourad says he helps the user discover opportunities to optimize their time and achieve their goals. These features are considered “delighters,” as they are usually small in complexity and highly rewarding to the user’s satisfaction. Based upon the skills brought to his position at the CDM Tutoring Center, I am confident that he would bring those same attributes to any role he would accept. ”
