Who we are

At Mop Media we are proud to bring together some of the industry's most exciting talent to create independent feature films that appeal to audiences across the world. Since 2018 we have released seven feature films, all of which have had international distribution and racked up a bunch of awards and festival screenings along the way.

One Night in Bath

Due for release in 2024, One Night in Bath is a British rom-com full of heart, familiar actors and a hot air balloon!
Starring John Hannah, Sabrina Bartlett, Niall McNamee, Siobhan Redmond

Nightshooters

Internationally award winning action film Nightshooters premiered at Raindance and has since been distributed in the UK, US, Europe and Asia. Starring Jean-Paul Ly, Nick Aaron.

The Dragon Princess

Interactive game and linear feature, The Dragon Princess puts the player in charge of the action. Released on Playstation/Steam. Starring Paul McGann, MyAnna Buring, Brian McCardie

A Fistful of Lead

For Sony Home, A Fistful of Lead is a Western filmed entirely in the UK and released worldwide. Starring Tom Nolan, James Groom, Christian Patterson.

Dune Drifter

Shot on location in Iceland, Dune Drifter is a sci-fi action film which won awards both in the UK and Europe before its release by Sony. Starring Phoebe Sparrow.

Zombies Next Door

For Childrens' BBC, Zombies Next Door combines live action with puppetry to create an engaging drama for kids. Just a little on the spooky side!

Development

We currently have multiple film projects on our production slate in a range of budgets and genres. Each project is approached uniquely in order to create the strongest narrative that will appeal to a wide audience; whether that's through workshops, user testing or collaborative writing.
