I just want to say how impressed I am with the attitudes of your surfacing team. They have worked through every kind of weather this week to keep to schedule.
The tarmac deliveries held them up today but as soon as it was delivered they were all hands on.
From the first contact on Monday to the preparation team and the final finishers, your contractors are a credit to your company.

Dear Miles,
Re: Essential works completed during COVID-19 pandemic
The last few weeks have been amongst the some of the most challenging times for us all and with the works you have recently completed having never been more vital.
In light of this, and on behalf of Dudley MBC, I would like to take this opportunity to thank SERFIS Construction and Engineering Ltd for upholding the high levels of professionalism, competency and dedication as I’ve come to expect from my time working with yourselves. All in times where we are concerned about ourselves, family and close friends.
I would also like to extent a personal thank you to Andrew Ratcliffe and Dave Crane, also, Chris and Ricky of Hilton Main Construction Ltd, who have upheld these high levels throughout. They have worked with me to think on the spot and delivered everything I have asked of them, on time and to an excellent standard.
I have also received several very positive comments from the funeral directors and crematorium management, on how well your guys have conducted themselves, whilst working and liaising with them from pre-start meeting to completion. I would, again, like to bolster this praise.
When all of this is done, and some form of normality returns, you should be very proud of the part you and your guys have played.
