Vista Road (Newton Le Willows) Management Company Limited is the responsibility of all of us who are homeowners on the Highmarsh Estate. We are in the privileged position of maintaining our three open areas (Amenity Areas) for the benefit of all of the residents.

All homeowners are Members of the Company and only homeowners can become directors. The directors of the company are volunteers and who live on the estate. They do not gain financially in any way for their work. We are fortunate that there are a few Members who are prepared to give up their time for this. It is expected that Members who raise specific issues get involved in finding solutions.

An annual general meeting is held every year to which all Members receive a written invitation. The next meeting will be in September 2024. Members will receive their invitation in August 2024
