Freddie ( our homebred Horse) showing off his dressage moves.

Since moving over to the stressage side we have found our dancing shoes and Fred and I have competed at Area finals , Regional finals and we are currently working at our new music freestyle to make our debut at Medium later this year.

A first for both of us , but we are so enjoying the ride.

One of the things i love so much about my work and passion with horses is that it’s an endless learning curve whether riding them or treating them.

2017 and we are already a quarter of the way through.

Lots of exciting things happening at the farm and a lot of new faces this year.

Started treating horses as an Equine Vet Physio and I’ve invested in some equipment to help me when I’m out and about so if you horse needs a routine treatment or your vet advises ultrasound therapy , laser therapy, electrostim , tens or PEMF then get in touch I cover all of Cornwall . I also use laser acupuncture in my treatment this is a really exciting therapy and can help with loads of ailments from muscle / tendon pain to RAO.
Joh has built our new treatment room and is now kitting it out with stocks, solarium and hot shower.

Looking forward to getting out and about competing again next month so will update you more then.

May 2016

Really chuffed, been Physio today 1st appointment since my operation 3 weeks ago, she’s really pleased with how it’s moving and I’m not to beat myself up about the bits I still can’t do. Have been riding and had a sneaky XC practice and all is good. Not 100% but good enough for now so will be at Pontispool and have just entered for our 1st BE100. 😬

Really excited for the new course that starts this weekend, Equine physio and rehab. We have also just purchased a horsewalker and John is busy making changes to the stables so we can start taking horses in for post op, box rest or anything we can help with care. Spread the word we will be ready end of June, we will continue to improve facilities over next year and when I qualify next April look out for our open day. Got dentist, farrier, vets etc all on board 😄

I’m starting breaking and schooling again next month, bookings already coming in, so get in quick if you would like me to help you with your horse this season.

April 2016

As we said there are exciting times ahead.

I have had my application approved for an equine physiotherapy and rehabilitation course which I start in May. I will be away one weekend a month in Oxford, the rest is home study. We are going to be changing the yard around so that we have 2 designated rehab stables for horses post op ( like Larry) or post injury or illness. I will still be doing breaking and schooling but hopefully the Physio side of the course will enhance that as well.

I have now got a date for my shoulder op which is 26th April. I will be off dork completely for 2 weeks 😢. But after that able to do as much as pain allows and hoping to be back eventing by end of May.

Talking of eventing, Fred and I are off to our first BE this season at Portman, Shaftesbury on Wednesday do fingers crossed for us.

Welcome to our new website produced by Ryan Allen.

Keep looking at our news feed for exciting new things happening at the farm in the upcoming months. 😄🐴
