Our nursing home is situated in a quiet and pleasant residential area of Newbury Park in Ilford.

Individual nursing care is based upon the changing needs of each resident and emphasis is placed upon a holistic approach to care planning.

Abbey Care Complex has been designed specifically to meet the needs of elderly residents diagnosed with dementia.

All our residents are encouraged to maintain an optimum level of independence within their capabilities and their emotional and spiritual needs are respected. Each of the 40 single bedrooms have en-suite facilities with a hand basin, WC and shower. Modern safety features are fitted in each room and include a 24 hour nurse call system, thermostatic control and smoke detectors. The heating system will add an extra dimension of comfort.

Our aim is to give those who live at Abbey Care Complex the best possible quality of life.

Residents are given choices about the way their care is provided. They are encouraged to express their preferences which are always respected.

The lounges and dining rooms which are located in all three floors are comfortable and well furnished, providing a meeting place for residents to relax and entertain guests. We know how important it is to keep in touch with friends and relatives, so our door will be always open.

At Abbey Care Complex we offer care to suit individual needs: including long-term care for those who need daily specialist nursing dementia care.
