Our African bead workshop takes you on a creative journey through Africa. You will get the chance to explore and learn from our huge collection of beads & jewellery before having a go at making your own. This is a workshop for ages 5-99 and a chance to have fun and learn about the cultural history of bead making across the African continent.

Welcome to Africa Experience. Established in 2003 to provide African workshops in schools & other organizations. All of us brought were brought up in Africa and we want to share the creativity & positive passion of Africa; from irrisistable African rhythms & dances to the vibrant colours of the fabrics and jewellery. There is lots to celebrate! And we want to share it with you!

We see Black History Month as a platform to celebrate the influence of African culture on the whole world.
Through participating in our workshops, we are interested in helping people celebrate the African or black history that might be hidden even in find themselves and their group or community. We want to give a voice to black people.
