How we can help

Information and Advice

Age UK Bristol offer a comprehensive Information & Advice service that offers advice to anyone over 55 who lives or works in Bristol. We can also offer advice to family members who are supporting older relatives who are over 55 and live or work in Bristol.

Day Centre

Our day service offers a regular programme of activities that include exercise, dance, arts and crafts at the Withywood Centre. We are open 4 days a week, and we are able to provide transport for those who require it.

How you can help

Donating

We rely on your support to keep helping older people. Any donation is greatly appreciated, and every £1 you donate can be turned into £16 of extra support for older people in Bristol.

Volunteering

Our amazing volunteers help us to do so much in Bristol. Whether you have two hours or a day to spare, we have plenty of opportunities for volunteers.

Fundraising

Whether you want to walk, run, bake, or even jump out of a plane, we have loads of fundraising ideas and events for people who want to help us make a difference.

Our achievement of the Age UK Charity Quality Standard recognises the high standard of our performance as an organisation.  It certifies that our organisation is well governed and managed; has a clear direction and strategy; and is committed to ensuring the well-being and safety of older people, our staff and volunteers.
