Bed and breakfast accommodation on Faial, the Azores

Vila Bélgica is located on the hill of Lomba, a very quiet and peaceful retreat, just 5 minutes
by car from the capital of Faial, Horta, and we have one of the most beautiful views of the island.
Vila Bélgica faces Pico island and its beautiful mountain. The house and the terrace offer splendid
views of Pico, the full length of Sao Jorge island, the coastline of Praia do Almoxarife, the windmills of Espalamaca, the
city of Horta and its port and the never ending ocean view....
There are many lovely walks you can take starting from our house and it is only a
30 minute walk to Horta (and downhill!).
Ferries travel between the islands from the port at Horta.
The boat trip to our neighbouring island, Pico, takes half an hour, to Sao Jorge, the next nearest island, another hour.
You can often spot dolphins on the trip across.
Your holiday accommodation includes a very nice continental breakfast, which can be eaten on our breakfast terrace.
We are from Antwerp/Belgium and we can welcome you in Dutch, English, French and Portuguese.
There is never a language problem at Vila Bélgica!
