Thanks for visiting our site! Our Cape Coral Vacation Home is available for weekly or monthly rental. Our villa home is located in Cape Coral, Florida. Cape Coral is located in Southwest Florida on the Lee Island Coast, minutes from Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island. We will do everything possible to make your vacation one of your most memorable vacations.


Our Home is at the end of a very quiet street. Quick access to the river (2 Directions). Big & Wide Canal Intersection. No backyard neighbors like most canal homes.

Cape Coral...

Cape Coral is a city located in Lee County, Florida, United States, on the Gulf of Mexico. Founded in 1957 and developed as a master-planned, pre-platted community, the city grew to a population of 154,305 by the year 2010. The city's population estimate was 165,831 for 2013. With an area of 120 square miles (310 km2), Cape Coral is the largest city between Tampa and Miami. It is a principal city in the Cape Coral – Fort Myers, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population estimate for the statistical area was 679,513 for 2014. The city is known as a "Waterfront Wonderland", since with over 400 mi (640 km) of navigable waterways, Cape Coral has more miles of canals than any other city in the world.
Cape Coral features a tropical savanna climate or tropical wet and dry climate under the Köppen climate classification system. The area averages 355 days of sunshine each year, but experiences precipitation on 145 days per year. While the summers are very warm, humid and rainy, the winters in Cape Coral are dry with moderate temperatures. Cape Coral receives about 54 inches of rain each year, the majority of which falls from May to September. During the summer months, afternoon rains are heavy yet brief.

The area supports waterfowl, wading birds, migrant songbirds, gopher tortoises, dolphins and reptiles. Rotary Park is home to wading birds, raptors, butterflies, foxes and other wildlife. Nature enthusiasts can track exotic birds and native fish from the boardwalk at Lake Kennedy and watch the West Indian manatees at Sirenia Vista Park. Cape Coral is home to the largest population of burrowing owls in Florida.

Our rates are very competitive considering the type of house and location! The below rates are based upon 2 adults. Additional adults/children are $100.00 per person per week. There is a $350.00 Security Deposit. A $175.00 cleaning fee is withheld from the security deposit. There is a 11% Florida sales tax.

Additional Questions......

Renting a home is the most economical way to vacation. The cost per night is less. You have your own kitchen. You have your own bedroom. After a fun day of being at the beach, boating, etc., you can relax by your own pool. You don’t have to go back to a small hotel room or share a pool with other condo owners. Plus you can fish off our back dock.
Number one is the location. You can access the river from two different locations in less than 30 minutes. From there you are only 25-35 minutes from the Gulf. Some homes are so far in that it could take over 45 minutes or more to get out of the canals. Our home has a huge 2,000 square lanai/pool area. The pool is oversized and has a little bar table in it. The lanai has stereo speakers, two bedroom access and bathroom access. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower Jacuzzi tub and is separate from the other bedrooms. We have a large screen TV in the family room and cable TV in all three bedrooms.
Check- in time is Saturday at 4:00pm and check-out is Saturday at 10:00am.
Yes! Our house includes everything you would expect in a house. Some of the items included are a kitchen stocked full of dishes, cups, silverware, pot and pans. There is a coffee maker, blender and microwave. Bedrooms are equipped with linens, TV's, dresser, alarm clocks. We provide bath towels. There is a washer and dryer for your use.
The Pool Heater runs from Dec-Mar. It keeps the pool around 80 degrees (assuming it’s a normal winter). It’s not spa temperature but good enough for swimming and moving around.

How do you book our home...?

Check the availability and our rates first. You will then need to fill out the Renters Application and send that in with the $350.00 security deposit.

Once we receive the app. & deposit, we'll mark that time as reserved. Then about 90 days before you check-in, we'll mail you a lease (see the Lease Example)

We'll get you the key information about a week before you check-in.

About 30 days after you checkout, your security deposit (minus the $175.00 cleaning fee) is refunded. Assuming everything is ok .
