  • How does your Direct Debit and premium collection service work?

    Our CRM systems allow you to drastically reduce admin time and increase the value of the resources you have. Once membership details are uploaded and stable, we can deal with the direct debits for retail policies and various methods of corporate premium collection including an online function for corporate clients to upload their employee details and generate invoices.

  • How does your claims service work?

    We can help you with claims in two ways. Firstly, we can provide you with our rules-based claims system that will integrate with your primary administration system, you then process claims benefiting from the integrated rules, translations, automated communications etc. Alternatively, you could outsource your claims processing to us. We do the work and send you all the claim data you need to support your business.
