May 19 IRIS SHOW
Our annual iris show is moving this year to a new location and to an earlier date.
The Wister Center at Scott Arboretum
500 College Ave, Swarthmore, PA 19081
Iris stalk preparation and entry is 8:00 to 10:00 am
Artistic division entries will be accepted up to 10:30
Judging will start as soon as possible after 10:30.
Show open to the public from noon to 3:30
July 20 RHIZOME SALE
The annual rhizome sale will be at Jenkins Arboretum on Saturday, July 20. We hope to follow the same process as the past two years with a catalog for pre-ordering as well as same-day-sales. Volunteers will be needed to Delaware Valley Iris Society an affiliate of the American Iris Society Page 2 of 2 pack orders at the arboretum on Friday, July 19, as well as on Saturday for the sale between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Volunteers get reduced prices on surplus irises available on Friday and Saturday.
