Tennis/Pickleball Courts Ready for Play on May 1st

The tennis courts are looking great and will be available for play in the morning on Wednesday, May 1st. The cracks, failed patches, and loose flaking have all been repaired. Major low areas and dead spots have been worked on as best they can. They should be improved but will not be perfect. New paint and lines are in place and the nets are back up. Though the courts look “done,” the repairs and paint are still hardening so please do not enter the courts until Wednesday. Please contact

Annual Spring Inspections

Annual spring inspections of house exteriors will begin on May 1st. The Architectural Control Committee could use more volunteer inspectors. If you are a homeowner and are interested, please reach out to
