After a short phone call or email, we arrange an initial appointment to meet at your
property. We then go into more detail about what is and isn’t possible in terms of
design, structure, and plumbing. If this is your first time and you’re unsure of
where to begin, we’re here to help. We can help with suppliers, architects and/or
structure engineers if you require one. If the property is in an apartment block,
you’ll need to contact the management company to see what you can do before you get
in touch with us. If it’s a large project, such as an extension of a house in North
London or a conversion, you may want to contact your local council first.
