“Twice Susan has save me from a big computer file mess. First was when my Office 365 and OneDrive got completely muddled. Microsoft kept telling me everything was working as intended but Susan was able to unwind the folder directories, clean up the drives andget the right files in the right places. She also helped me troubleshoot an Excel file which was corrupted. The best part of working with Susan is that she shows you what she's doing along the way, so you will walk away with a better understanding of how your computer is set up and tools for doing troubleshooting on your own. Susan is a rock star coach to help with OneDrive or any part of Office365!”
