Parking

There is plenty of free parking at the venue.
If you're not staying at Tracy Park on Saturday night, you're welcome to leave your car and collect it before midday on Sunday.

Children

As much as we'd love to invite the children of all our friends and family, we can only accommodate our nieces and nephews and "babes in arms".

Accommodation

Rooms cost £145 (per room, not per person!) and includes a cooked breakfast, to be paid upon check in.

Check in is from 11am on Saturday.
Check out is by midday on Sunday.

Friday night

For those staying on Friday night, check in is from 3pm.
You'll be served a continental breakfast to your room in the morning ahead of the wedding.

There is no open bar or restaurant at Tracy Park on Friday. However, the Rose & Crown in Wick is 1 mile away and is a large friendly pub serving food until 9pm.

The bridal party will be at the Rose & Crown on Friday evening from about 7pm.

What shall I wear?

Summer wedding attire!
We hope it's going to be sunny so please dress however you feel most comfortable.
Groomsmen will be wearing suits. Fascinators and hats not required.

What time should I arrive?

11am to check in if staying overnight. Midday if not staying overnight. Everyone must be seated for the ceremony by 12:30pm.

Is there somewhere to park?

Yes, there is plenty of free overnight parking at the venue.

Where should I go when I arrive?

You will arrive via the main road (marked in orange).
Please park in the main car park (marked in pink).
If you're staying overnight at Tracy Park check in at the main reception (marked in blue).
Make your way to the Manor House for the wedding (marked in red).

How do I pay for my room?

At reception upon check-in.

Can I bring my child(ren)?

Unfortunately not, we can only accommodate our nieces and nephews and "babes in arms".

Do you have a gift list?

No. We've lived together for so long and don't need a new kettle!
A basket will be available at the venue to drop cards in.

Are my dietary requirements catered for?

Yes, if you told us about them when RSVP'ing.

Do I need to bring cash?

The bars accept both cash and card.

Where are the Bridal Party on Friday night?

The Rose and Crown in Wick from about 7pm.

I'm not staying at Tracy Park, do I need to prebook a taxi to get home?

Yes! You may struggle to get a taxi on-demand.

Can I explore Tracy Park grounds?

Yes. Tracy Park is an active golf course, so please stick to established paths and be mindful of golfers (and golf balls!).

Can I play golf before/after the wedding?

Of course. If you'd like to play golf on the Friday or Sunday, please call the Golf Team on 0117 937 1800 between 8am – 5pm or email golf@tracypark.co.uk

Your presence on our wedding day is present enough.
