5 Bedroom villa with self contained owners pool and panoramic views of surrounding farmland. Situated near the quiet village of Lavadac, 7km from the historic medieval town of Nerac, (equal distance from Toulouse and Boudreaux) in the heart of Southwest France.

Our home (which we use all year round) is within walking distance of Lavadac with its local shops and market.

The house which was newly built in 2005 has air conditioning in all bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. There is also a separate family bathroom and cloakroom. The kitchen is fully fitted as you would expect.

Double garage is fitted with a small gym including full size table tennis. Broadband access 24/7. PC and printer all included in the price.

Sleeps up to 10. Ideal for two families sharing. Baby /small children facilities (cots, toys, highchairs all included). We have our own young family so we feel the villa is child friendly. All bed linen and towels included.

Villa managed by a local English family and discreetly watched over, in our absence, by the local friendly farmer who sold us the land. Both can offer assistance if required.
