The Western Expansion Area, now also known as MK West, has been a part of the plans for the growth of Milton Keynes for a number of years. Our vision for the future of the WEA is taking shape and we are in the process of realising the look and style of MK West. This website includes further details about MK West and will be updated as the development progresses, to keep you informed.
The principles of design and development for MK West have already been determined by Milton Keynes Partnerships, in line with Milton Keynes Council's Local plan to include about 6550 homes, provision of affordable homes, retail and employment space and parkland.

Gallagher Estates sponsors Stony in Bloom 2008 entry
Gallagher Estates is proud to be the main sponsors of Stony Stratford's entry to the Royal Horticultural Society's Britain in Bloom 2008 competition
Stony Stratford Town Council has worked closely with residents, community groups and businesses in coordinating the town's entry - Gallagher Estates are delighted to be the main sponsor for the Stony in Bloom entry for the next three years. Judging for Stony in Bloom's entry will take place in July with only 2 weeks notice.
