The Toolkit

The Pulmonary Rehabilitation toolkit is a resource for health professionals to design and deliver an evidence-based Pulmonary Rehabilitation program to benefit people managing lung disease. The evidence in the toolkit is mostly for people with COPD and is relevant for other chronic lung conditions. Special considerations for other chronic lung conditions have been included where applicable. Lung Foundation Australia developed this resource and would like to acknowledge the valuable input from a multidisciplinary, national committee.

This toolkit provides health professionals with practical, evidence-based guidance for the provision of a Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program.
