Based in Bartley, Southampton, Hampshire - RFA’s core capabilities are orientated to delivering facilities maintenance services and minor project works. In terms of size and complexity, these services are currently being delivered across client assets in our region. This includes services to the Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Government, Leisure, and Residential sectors.

Electrical Contracting
Carried out by our highly skilled electricians and guided by experienced technical managers, we provide in-house expertise in respect of Design, Installation, Commissioning, Repairs & Maintenance of Electrical Systems. Delivering a high standard of workmanship to the latest 18th Edition of BS 7671 Wiring Regulations and other associated British Standards. As a NICEIC Approved Contractor we are assessed to the highest standards, covering all types of electrical contracting and installations.

Providing in-house expertise in respect of Design, Installation, Commissioning, Repairs & Maintenance of Fire Alarm/Detection Systems, we are National Security Inspectorate Fire Gold Accredited – meaning we meet the industry's highest standards by achieving business excellence through ISO 9001 Quality Management, as well as displaying technical expertise by meeting the appropriate British and European Standards. RFA is also registered to the BAFE SP203-1 Accredited Modular Scheme and holds Fire Industry Association Membership - demonstrating our commitment to service excellence.

Planned Preventive Maintenance
Delivered in-house and in association with our suppliers and partners, we are able to offer complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes to suit the statutory requirements of your premises. By jointly planning and managing forward maintenance we can make sure you legal obligations are met, and deliver value for money through programming and budgeting. RFA currently have over 100 active service & maintenance contracts for a variety of clients, including; Managing Agents, domestic properties, commercial premises, care homes and light industrial units.
