Meeting for Worship is held at the Meeting House every Sunday. On the first Sunday of the month the meeting is “blended” Zoom and in-person. The meeting is for 1 hour starting at 10.30, with those joining in the meeting house requested to maintain 1m spacing between families. Please go to the Online Meeting For Worship page to join via Zoom. Alternatively, we hope that Friends will “worship where they are” on Sundays from 10.30 to 11.30.
Settle Quaker Meeting is an oasis for contemplation, meditation, and spiritual well-being. We want all who visit to leave feeling refreshed, inspired and at peace.
Quakers practice a religion of experience. It is a contemporary, simple, and radical faith. Quakers are also called Friends.
There are two Quaker Meetings for Worship each week. All are welcome.
Sunday 10.30 – 11.30 with Children’s Meeting on 2nd and 4th Sundays
(in the Meeting House and, on first Sunday or the month during the summer, simultaneously on Zoom – “blended”)
Tuesday 12.15 – 12.45 (in the Meeting House)
Outside these times the Meeting House and garden are usually open for quiet reflection.

Children’s Meeting
Settle Quakers welcome children and families - Children's Meeting with organised activities is held on every 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month from 10.30 to 11.30. On other Sundays children can stay in Meeting or with their parent join in an activity with a Children's Meeting member.
With freedom to think and explore faith, children are encouraged to discover and develop positive life values.
Parents are welcome to stay, help and join in with the activities.
Friday Night Quakers
On the third Friday night of the month we share a meal and consider an aspect of faith. For more details, please contact the resident friends via the form in the "Contact Us" page which can be found in the menu at the top of this page.
