ABOUT

         About

Sarah Latham  is an experienced London based yoga teacher, and is passionate about yoga and the ability it has to transform lives.

Sarah’s yoga journey started in 2001 and after 4 years of attending classes she decided to take the plunge and train with Yoga Campus in 2005.

Since then, she has primarily taught vinyasa flow yoga .  Her classes  are non-dogmatic and  creative with focus on the breath, fluid movement and alignment in asana.

With over 17 years of teaching experience under her belt, classes are adapted to what clients need –it might be dynamic or a slower more restorative flow – and are accessible to complete beginners to experienced yogis.

As Sarah’s teaching practice has evolved she has trained to teach pregnancy and postnatal classes which combine gentle fluid asana practice, pranayama and meditation in a safe and nurturing environment. The classes are influenced by her own experience of practicing yoga during and after pregnancy.

Sarah has practiced Yin Yoga for a number of years to bring balance to the  'yang'  of her flow practice and her full home and work life.
