Trevarthian Holiday Homes is a family business focusing on quality self-catering accommodation in the beautiful town of Marazion, Cornwall. All our properties are located opposite the large sandy beach and St Michael’s Mount. Our self-catering accommodation ranges in size from single-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments all with kicthen, lounge, dining area and bathroom, refurbished to high standards.

HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION CORNWALL

All our holiday accommodation is located at Trevarthian House. This large Victorian building is divided into spacious apartments that can sleep between two and five people. The house covers a wide area offering plenty of privacy for guests. There are ground floor and first floor options with easy access and convenience. Trevarthian House has a large private car park, pretty gardens and some fantastic sea-views.

All Trevarthian House apartments are furnished to the same high standard, with well-equipped refurbished kitchens containing cookers, fridges, freezers, microwaves and some have dishwashers. All lounges have TVs and DVD players. Bedrooms and bathrooms are in a variety of configurations, so please explore the website or call/email us today to see which flat best suits your needs. Some bathrooms have walk in showers others have showers over baths. Many apartments have great views. As a converted Victorian building, each apartment has it’s own character and style – everyone has a different favourite!

MARAZION, CORNWALL AND ST MICHAEL’S MOUNT

From Trevarthian House it is just a five minute walk to the safe sandy beach, children’s playground, village pubs, restaurants, galleries, shops, bus-routes for Lands End, St Ives, Penzance. Marazion offers not only a great beach but also the famous tidal island and castle of St Michael’s Mount, known as the ‘Jewel in Cornwall’s crown’. A must-see for any visit to the South West. The town also offers an excellent central location to explore all of West Cornwall and beyond, from Lands End to the Tate Gallery in St Ives and from the Minack Theatre to the Eden Project.
