We  are actively looking for land

We are currently seeking owners of land between ⅓ and 4 acres, where we could build between 3 to 30 houses, as well as derelict buildings in Kent, Surrey and South London

Our unique property development approach involves sharing the uplift in value equally with the owner. Meanwhile, we shoulder all upfront costs necessary for obtaining planning approval at our own risk. This includes expenses related to architects, surveyors, and all other professionals essential for transforming the construction project into a reality.

The uplift in value is defined as the difference in the price of the land today (without planning) and the valuation it will achieve once planning is granted. That difference will be split 50-50% with the landowner after deducting the planning costs we have incurred, (we have an in-house team, looking to reduce those costs to a minimum).

As anyone who has had any building work done knows, projects rarely run to schedule and unexpected problems often arise. 

We have been renovating our own and our investment properties for a while, so we realised that renovations is an aspect we enjoy very much and that we have got very got at it. 

As a result, we decided to assist homeowners and property investors to provide renovation services.

If you already have a preferred contractor, but you do not have the free time or the expertise to manage the timing and phasing of your renovation project don't worry, we can help! 

We can get involved from the outset to make sure your project is delivered on time, having a strict control on cost and at making sure it is at the level of quality you expect! 

We will coordinate all the professionals involved in the design, planning approval, building control consent. We will also be responsible for tendering out, contract elaboration and contract administration with the main contractor that will execute the works.
