Welcome to the Thomas Coats Memorial Choral Society website!

Founded in 1980, the members rehearse from January for a performance in March each year.  In the beautiful architectural setting of the Thomas Coats Memorial Church, accompanied by professional orchestra and soloists, we have sung many of the major choral works over the past 38 years, and in recent years have performed regularly with the Kelvin Ensemble and orchestras from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (formerly the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama). Since the closure of Coats Memorial Church our rehearsals have moved to Holy Trinity St. Barnabas Church, Back Sneddon Street, Paisley and our concerts take place in Paisley Abbey.
