• All surfaces are dusted and cleaned.
• All floors are vacuumed or swept and mopped.
• All areas are free of bugs, pests, cobwebs, mould and stains.
• If mould is found on anything – work immediately to remove or dispose of the item. Replacements for everything including duvets and pillows should be in the cleaning room.
• All bedding is clean, fresh and stain free (grey preference)
• All beds are made- check nothing under the bed.
• Toilets, sinks, showers, and baths are cleaned and disinfected.
• All body wash, hand soap or washing-up liquid is refilled.
• Turn the TV and lights on to check working.
• All dishes, cookware and utensils are clean and put away (dishwasher empty)
• All kitchen appliances, including the fridge, cooker and oven are clean and ready for use. No leftover food is in the fridge.
• All rubbish is taken out.
• The space smells fresh and clean.
• Report anything broken or issues to the guest experience manager immediately
